Bill's Electric offers a wide range of services to meet the needs of our customers. We have a state-of-the-art fully automated rewinding shop at your service. In the past four-decade we have three main types of services that our company offered includes the following:

Electric Motor Repair Services

We carry out rewinds, dynamic balancing, repairs and offer replacements for commercial & industrial AC/DC low to medium voltage (200kW) motors, specializing in electric pumps, motor repairs and sales and services. Our motor repair services includes:

• Rewinding - Bill's Electric offers a wide range of services to meet the needs of our customers. We have a state of the art fully automated rewinding shop at your service. In the past four-decade we have rewound more than 1000 High Tension electrical machines with a long list of satisfied customers. Our fully integrated plant for manufacture of insulated conductors, coil manufacturing and well-equipped rewinding shop helps us to finish jobs on time.
• Mechanical Overhaul- We conduct mechanical overhaul to completely examine the mechanical faults that are required for necessary repairs.

Pump Repairs

We supply and repair water displacement, vacuum and submersible pumps for sewage handling with experience in pumping station, hotel and railway facilities. Pumps covered include Beresford, Holden, Brooke, Worthington Simpson, Stuart Turner, Lowara, Flygt, Grundfos and Starite. Our pump repair includes:

• Mechanical Seals- Bill's Electric has long experience within the sales and service of mechanical seals. Mechanical seals are suitable for numerous applications. Special engineered and developed mechanical seals are available on request.
• Gaskets- Bill's Electric offer gasket repair services. Our experienced staff members are always available to discuss your requirements and ensure full customer satisfaction.
• Barrels- We specialized inspection procedures to produce the finest barrel tubes in the industry.

Controls Repair

• Contactors- We are experts in repairs of contactors which is used to control distribution of power in lighting and heating circuits.
• Overload- We are also capable of checking and repairing overloaded controls to ensure it meets the special protective needs of motor control circuits.
• Starters- Our knowledge in motor starters are unquestionable.
• UFDs- We install UFDs with lighting fixtures up to 300 watts.

Controls Repair

We offer a 24 hour call out service operating up to 100 miles around the Southern Ontario area for emergency repair and replacement of pumps, motors, generators, transformers and other electrical equipment.
